What I'm looking for

I'm relocating to Romania and looking for a talent acquisition role in Romania or fully remote, where I can build scalable hiring operations, grow technical and business teams, and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

I've led global hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Business, Sales, and Marketing at Sastrify, building scalable recruitment processes for a fully remote international organization.

I partner with founders, executive leadership, and hiring managers on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, talent pipelines, and recruitment analytics. My work includes standardizing interview frameworks, scorecards, ATS workflows, and reporting to improve consistency and candidate experience.

Previously, I built and scaled technical teams for technology and mobility-focused ventures at KI Group and owned global hiring and talent programs at Talentspace, spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance management.

With over 10 years in talent acquisition, I bring experience across startups, scale-ups, and multinational organizations in Europe. I'm relocating to Romania and open to roles in Romania or fully remote.
