I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with international experience in Germany, Ireland, and Brazil, focused on building scalable recruitment strategies for high-growth teams. I partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, close skill gaps, and improve outcomes through measurable, data-driven decisions—improving time-to-hire and candidate experience.

In my most recent role, I led a small, high-performing recruitment team and implemented recruitment KPIs to strengthen process effectiveness. I’ve driven talent sourcing using innovative methods, nurtured long-term relationships with top candidates, and served as an HR Business Partner to tech leadership—supporting people initiatives such as training, performance management, and structured feedback.

Earlier, I owned full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions during a scale-up phase, enhanced employer branding, and managed recruitment advertising across multiple online platforms. Before that, I worked as a tech recruiter running an IT-focused recruitment consultancy, and I began my career in HR operations at Bosch Brazil. Today, I also work as a Career Coach for LATAM professionals targeting the European job market, helping with CV and LinkedIn optimization and mock interviews.
