I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow technology. I configure and optimize the platform end-to-end—managing user access, streamlining incident and change management, and ensuring robust security.

At DXC Technology (Dec 2021 – Present), I’ve worked as a ServiceNow Application Support and Developer (Dec 2023 – Present), focusing on building solutions that are easy for users and actionable for teams. For Owens Illinois, I analyzed requirements, prepared functional specifications and technical documents, developed Service Catalog and Flow Designer experiences, and created reports and dashboards to improve visibility into request categorization, incidents, and defects.

I also support operational excellence through testing and reliability practices. I conduct unit testing and resolve defects, and I’m responsible for monthly MID Server patching initiated by ServiceNow in both Prod and Sub-Prod instances.

Earlier, as a ServiceNow Data and Transition manager (Dec 2021 – Sep 2023) for the T&T Portal & Data Configuration Global Team, I handled client onboarding, collected onboarding data for ServiceNow imports, supported data migration from SRA to Platform X, and performed internal validation testing. I managed CMDB data integrity (normalization and relationships) across tools like ESL, Dynatrace, and zDLA, and mentored junior team members through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
