I’m looking for contract, remote, or flexible opportunities where I can apply Python/Java development and AI capabilities—model training/testing, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows—while leveraging Agile delivery to drive measurable business impact.

I’m a results-driven AI specialist and techno-management leader with around 25 years of product-based software engineering experience using Java technologies. I bridge business needs with robust systems by combining Agile delivery, SDLC discipline, and strong technical leadership.

As an Engineering Manager, I’ve managed up to 5 Agile teams (up to 7 engineers each) and supported large product backlogs and scrum of scrums. I coordinate cross-functional and remote teams across Dev, QA, CX, COE, Product Management, SCM, and stakeholders—while driving analysis, design, implementation, code review, testing, defect management, and customer support.

In complex financial and banking environments, I’ve architected and supported web (MVC), SOA/microservices, POS, SaaS, multi-vendor/tenant, client-server, and distributed applications. I spearheaded digital core banking platform enhancements, migrating legacy operations to microservices while improving onboarding speed and transaction throughput, and I also built 24/7 SIEM capabilities with Python-based monitoring/reporting support.

I’m equally effective in hands-on engineering—using CI/CD, containerization, and modern development practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) alongside strong Java backends and security/compliance work (including PCI-DSS tooling). With Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a deep focus on continuous improvement, I aim to deliver AI and data-driven impact through cutting-edge tooling, testing, and agentic workflows.
