At Salesforce, I lead three Scrum teams working on Missionforce cloud. I led a team of seven engineers to deliver semantic, contextual search across evidence stored in customers’ AWS S3 buckets, cutting evidence-gathering time from days to minutes.
I also led teams extending document processing for files stored in customer S3 buckets and building a generative-AI agent to match incoming complaints with existing cases. These projects helped make application processing faster and more accurate, and reduced duplicate cases and manual search.
My path grew from Principal Engineer to Engineering Manager, grounded in backend and distributed systems. I’ve hired 14 engineers, developed two individual contributors into engineering leads, and driven Claude adoption across my engineering organization.
