What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own RevOps and operating systems that turn strategy into scalable execution—building CRM, pipelines, and governance while automating the day-to-day so teams can run with less escalation.

I’ve been scaling operations and revenue systems at eCROSS Technologies from a small founding team into a business reaching ₹3 Cr ARR—by building end-to-end operational frameworks and customer fulfillment.

When I re-engineered the operating model, I used workflow automation and SOP governance to move the org from 80 employees down to 8 while preserving output quality and expanding net profit margins.

On the RevOps side, I partnered with the CEO on growth strategy and acquisition funnel optimization, designing structured lead pipelines, qualification logic, and automated follow-up workflows from scratch.

I also built CRM infrastructure across multiple product lines (lead tracking, pipeline management, onboarding, and renewals) and set governance guidelines across business units to remove bottlenecks and reduce daily escalation dependency.
