I've built operational systems from scratch across AI SaaS, EdTech, growth consulting, and architecture. At Montage, I used Mixpanel funnel analysis to uncover a 67% lead-quality drop, trace it to an upload restriction, and help get the fix adopted by leadership.
I redesigned SOPs and built AI-enabled workflow modules that cut onboarding time by 30% and operational errors by 20%. I also created issue-tracking and escalation infrastructure in Notion and Slack, automated core product workflows with Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and partnered directly with the CTO on the roadmap.
