What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales leadership role where I can drive North India growth, build distributor/retail networks, own project + retail targets, and lead teams to consistent revenue and collection outcomes in CPVC/PVC pipe categories.

I’m a sales-focused leader with 32 years of experience, including 22 years in the plastic pipe industry. I’ve owned North India sales operations across Delhi/NCR, Haryana, UP/Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and J&K, blending retail growth with strong project execution.

In my most recent role as Working as DGM, Sales (Kothari Agritech Private Limited), I look after North Indian states, manage a team of three State Heads and four Executives, and drive distributor appointment and retail expansion. I lead CPVC, PVC & SWR Pipes and Fittings initiatives and work closely with Government Departments and private project teams such as Airport Authority, PWD, CPWD, DMRC, and NBCC.

Previously, as Sales Head at FARM2EXPO Distributions Private limited, I managed distributors and wholesalers, appointed new distributors for market expansion, and handled secondary sales teams. I also created new product suggestions aligned to market needs—while maintaining a tight focus on sales and collection targets.

My track record includes achieving 1.5 Cr in 1 month on a new product (Truflo Pipe and Fitting) and driving 200cr Astral Pipe sale from Delhi City. I’ve consistently built dealer/distributor networks (e.g., appointing 12 distributors and 120 retailers in six months) and strengthened execution through marketing plans, negotiation, and hands-on leadership—always staying aligned with customer requirements and long-term territory growth.
