At Anonity, I built a privacy-first social app where friend groups keep shared memories in encrypted “memory trees.” I planned and optimized Meta campaigns that reached a 2.3% CTR at about €3 per signup, and a Product Hunt launch that brought in 100+ signups in a month.

I grew Anonity from zero to 369 users, 64 groups and 4,000+ photos. I also built its analytics stack and cohort retention models, segmented users for lifecycle email, and created a subscription funnel to convert engaged users.

As Co-Founder & CMO at Edgen, I owned the go-to-market plan that helped grow ARR from €20K to €150K in one year. I positioned and launched its open-source local GenAI inference server, built the developer community, and pitched 100+ VC firms and angels.

Earlier, at Web Summit, I ran the startup program sales funnel in Salesforce and ranked third in overall sales within four months. As Founder of Brella, I led customer discovery and positioning, secured over €100,000 in funding, and achieved an acquisition by AGEAS within six months.
