I’m looking for opportunities to work as a Business Analyst in Insurance—focused on policy issuance and the claim process—where I can use my analysis, UAT, and requirement documentation experience to drive process improvements.

I’m a solution-driven Business Analyst with 12 years of Business and IT experience, combining business analysis, project management, application development, and quality assurance testing across Life, Motor, and Health Insurance. I strengthen delivery by translating business needs into clear requirements, performing requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and UAT, and supporting decisions with strong analysis. I also prepare BRD’s/FSD’s, run RCAs, and use tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, and RTC to document and track issues and progress.

At Reliance General Insurance, I lead travel insurance projects (retail and group) and support regulatory initiatives like ABHA and ASBA for health LOB, along with CIS, DWH, and sales incentive system work. Previously, I supported pre-auth calculation flows for Manulife HK by analyzing gaps in existing requirements, leading UAT with the business, creating CR documentation, and testing product calculations. Earlier at Liberty General Insurance, I analyzed “As-Is” processes and coordinated with development and testing teams for core applications like HealthBuzz and Genisys Configurator, while my testing background as a Test Engineer helped me execute product testing for Life Asia and web-based and batch programs.
