At GoDigit Life Insurance, I lead requirements for Conversational AI enhancements in Declaration of Good Health workflows, connecting stakeholder priorities with policy administration and underwriting delivery.
I turn complex insurance needs into BRDs, functional specifications, As-Is/To-Be flows, and sprint-ready user stories. I also own UAT planning and execution, including 60 test cases, defect triage, and release readiness.
Previously at Sun Life Financial, I documented 50+ complex requirements across Life Insurance and Group Benefits platforms and managed 30+ JIRA user stories. I supported policy administration enhancements, multi-platform migrations, SQL-based policy and claims investigations, and API requirement validation with Postman.
My foundation began in claims operations and business acceptance testing, where I developed a practical understanding of policy workflows, data analysis, and defect resolution. I bring ECBA, CSPO, and LOMA qualifications to insurance-focused Agile delivery.
