I am a Senior Business Analyst with over six years of progressive experience delivering business and system requirements for banking and insurance clients. I specialize in requirement elicitation, process mapping, user story development, and stakeholder management across distributed teams.
I have led requirements and solution design for multiple policy administration and insurance applications, producing BRDs, FRDs, prototypes, and wireframes while collaborating closely with development and QA teams. I routinely support testing activities including UAT and unit testing.
My technical familiarity includes Java, Python, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Visio and Figma. I combine domain knowledge in life, property & casualty insurance and banking with hands-on use of Agile, SAFe, Kanban and SDLC practices.
