Translated business requirements into scalable configurations, reporting frameworks, and automation strategies while supporting onboarding, UAT, and adoption in regulated environments.

Served as Integration Manager for Funding Circle USA acquisition, coordinating operational integration workstreams across HR, IT, systems migration, workflow harmonization, and enablement. Built workflow visualizations and systems maps to operationalize the merger of distinct lending processes.

Built internal lending infrastructure including workflow systems, funnel analytics, and executive dashboards used across the organization, earning an Innovation Award. Led end-to-end SBA lending workflow mapping and a 200+ employee Salesforce-to-LenderAI migration while supporting development of LenderAI and launching a new SBA micro working capital lending program.

Became an SBA lending operations subject matter expert, supporting sales enablement with Salesforce reporting and operational analytics. Built operational dashboards and process maps to track pipeline health and identify workflow bottlenecks, then transitioned into a strategy-focused operational systems role.

Helped establish commercial and SBA lending operations at a de novo community bank and supported launch of strategic growth initiatives. Contributed to the formation of the bank’s ESG committee in support of its sustainability mission.

Advanced through client success, SBA packaging, and SBA loan operations leadership roles, acting as a primary relationship manager for fintech partners. Oversaw loan pipelines and operational initiatives, and supported cross-functional coordination during large-scale PPP funding and fraud escalation.

Earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies with minors in Anthropology and Leadership Studies.
