At JPMorgan Chase & Co., I’ve led end-to-end implementation and ongoing governance of the Encompass Loan Origination System for Consumer and Community Banking. I architected workflow task structures in Encompass on the Web, engineered enhanced conditions for compliance integrity, and built complex Custom Input Forms using ICE JavaScript—while aligning enhancements with product leads and integrating Encompass Partner Connect services.

Previously at New American Funding, I oversaw Encompass across the enterprise as a Senior Director of Lending Solutions, leading a 37-person team through change management, platform governance, technical specifications, and continuous operational support. I transformed the platform for 4,500+ employees, reduced compliance exposure ahead of Uniform Residential Loan Application requirements, and deployed proprietary middleware to enable bulk wire transfers from warehouse banks.

Earlier, at Homebridge Financial Services, I served as the principal technical and functional authority for ICE Encompass and delivered a landmark $9M implementation for 2,500 end users across 40 states. I engineered an automated Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset migration that embedded RESPA and TILA TRID requirements, scripted and programmed in VB.Net, and earned the 2016 Ellie Mae Hall of Fame Award for Outstanding Achievement in Loan Quality.
