I coordinate check-ins, guest communications, maintenance, inspections, cleaning schedules, and inventory management. I also contact guests to ensure they have the details they need for check-in.

I use market research and comparable properties to negotiate landlord rates, and I develop pricing strategies informed by market analysis and supplier response. I review invoices and VAT calculations and maintain property transaction and tenant records.

At TK Maxx, I served customers, operated tills, handled returns and exchanges, and maintained store displays. I also handled closing duties and followed loss prevention procedures.
