What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design accessible, evidence-informed learning programs and performance supports that make complex systems clear and usable. I value cross-functional collaboration, iterative improvement, quality, and meaningful outcomes for learners.

I've designed multimodal training, technical documentation, and performance supports for Denver Health, Great Hearts Online Virtual Academy, the U.S. Institute of Peace, and education and nonprofit clients. At Denver Health, I redesigned physician onboarding into specialty-specific Epic EHR training, earning 73% Excellent and 22% Good ratings in year two.

I've led LMS implementation, faculty training, course development, research, quality assurance, and stakeholder review across healthcare, education, nonprofit, and public-sector settings. I use adult learning, needs analysis, qualitative research, accessibility, and iterative evaluation to make complex requirements clear and usable.
