I’m looking for a People Operations role in a mission-driven, remote-friendly environment where I can lead onboarding, strengthen compliance-backed processes, and build inclusive, scalable systems that help employees feel informed and supported.

I’m a People Operations professional with 6+ years of experience creating positive employee experiences in a fully remote, highly regulated environment. I’m driven by a commitment to improving access to care and supporting underserved communities, especially in healthcare and mental health.

In my current role as a Personnel Security Specialist (Onboarding & Operations), I lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for contractors supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires. I facilitate virtual onboarding through Microsoft Teams, coordinate cross-functional lifecycle activities, and use SharePoint and Microsoft Excel to monitor compliance milestones, training completion, and readiness—standardizing documentation and improving workflows to reduce administrative burden while strengthening engagement and organizational effectiveness.
