I’m a Human Resources and Operations professional with 6+ years of experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, training, compliance, and process improvement in healthcare and service-based environments. I partner with leadership to streamline workflows and build scalable training programs that improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.
In my current role as a Human Resources Specialist, I lead full-cycle onboarding in compliance with VA standards and manage the onboarding lifecycle (2+ months) to improve new-hire readiness and overall employee experience. I serve as a point of contact for new hires, address concerns, and coordinate system access, training schedules, and role-specific onboarding plans.
I’ve also strengthened HR operations from the ground up—launching onboarding, HR processes, policies, and training programs, developing employee handbooks and SOPs, and standardizing workflows to improve accountability and reduce onboarding errors. I identify process gaps, implement workflow improvements that reduce delays, and support talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and HRIS coordination to enhance employee engagement and retention.
