In my current role as an Onboarding Specialist I manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clinical and executive hires, handling 20–40 new hires per week, coordinating background checks, pre-employment drug tests and physicals, and ensuring licensure is obtained and uploaded into our ATS, Workday.
Previously I served as a Staffing Supervisor, Credentialing Coordinator and Intake Specialist where I managed payroll issues, completed I-9s and E-Verify, followed FMLA guidelines, maintained HIPAA compliance, and supported credentialing workflows, maintaining professional communication with practitioners, staffing agencies and clients.
I leverage tools such as Quickbooks Pro, Workday, StaffSuite and the Microsoft Office Suite, type 80 WPM, and bring meticulous attention to detail and strong time-management to help new hires and teams transition smoothly. I am driven to improve processes and support positive employee experiences.
