I'm looking for a business, performance, or data analytics role where I can build reporting, automate workflows, investigate business drivers, and partner with cross-functional teams across e-commerce or SaaS operations.

I've managed recurring performance reporting for 500+ Amazon SKUs across 23 PICs at Yes4All, turning sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory, campaign, and marketing-spend data into clear follow-up actions.

I build automated Google Sheets trackers, investigate forecast gaps and anomalies, and analyze GMV/NMV, ASP, ACOS/TACOS, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, and CTR. I also automated Amazon-Wayfair price-gap and marketing-threshold alerts with Google Apps Script and built an Inventory Health Tracker to support sales forecasting.

At Digimall, I cleaned and consolidated marketplace and ERP data, then built Looker Studio dashboards and recurring reports for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki.

My experience also includes B2B SaaS operations at Hoiio, where I coordinated vendors and internal teams on billing, system configuration, service delivery, and reconciliation. I enjoy connecting data, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve reporting workflows.
