At C.P. Vietnam Corporation, I analyze, design, and implement digital solutions across Market Share Survey, E-learning, HR Loyalty/Appreciation, and Hatchery process management. I delivered two projects and designed one project within my first six months.

I was particularly responsible for analyzing and designing an end-to-end Hatchery workflow, connecting multiple business steps while maintaining data accuracy across related systems. I also coordinated with business teams, IT teams, and vendors including FPT on system implementation.

At Bigin JSC, I gathered and clarified client requirements for an HR Compliance product deployed in the U.S. market. I worked with the development team to translate those needs into business requirements and optimize workflows.

Earlier, as a Business Analyst Intern at FPT Information System Co., Ltd., I reviewed documentation for compliance with business processes and regulations and supported analysis of application issues. In freelance and e-commerce work, I annotated and evaluated AI data and assisted with product research and Amazon Store operations.
