I built and operationalized 50+ skill-based training centers across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. I managed government-funded programs from prospecting and proposal writing through contract close across 200+ institutional clients.
I exceeded quarterly revenue targets at 115% and 106% attainment, earning two consecutive promotions within 12 months. I also directed and mentored six junior business development executives and negotiated MOUs and client contracts.
At RBL Bank Ltd., I delivered front-line banking services and branch operations support during my internship. I processed NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cash transactions using Finacle, while maintaining customer records across the branch's e-registers.
