What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use marketing analytics, experimentation, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-functional ownership to turn customer and channel data into stronger growth, engagement, and retention outcomes.

At Jiraaf, I build Metabase dashboards and analyse Google Ads, Meta Ads, and funnel performance to guide growth decisions across product, sales, and content teams.

I design A/B experiments, run B2C retention campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and RCS, and build automated lifecycle workflows using MoEngage, Gupshup, and ICS Mobile. I also manage Freshworks CRM pipeline coordination with sales to improve lead conversion.

Earlier at Jiraaf, I benchmarked fintech brands, created trend reports and a 120+ item creative swipe file, secured 12 customer testimonials and 100+ Google reviews, and produced 60+ SEO-optimised blog articles.

My experience also includes market research at Karnataka Milk Federation and relationship-driven sales at SRJ Solution LLC, where I achieved 128% of target. I enjoy structured problem-solving, cross-functional ownership, and turning customer and campaign insights into practical action.
