What I'm looking for
I am an IT professional with a Master of Information Systems and experience across IT support, network troubleshooting, and process analysis. After seven years in Australia, I returned to Nepal to apply my international experience and grow my career locally.
At TSA Group I provided network and telephony support, generated training materials, upskilled new hires, and produced operational reports to improve efficiency. I also performed technical support for virtual desktops, Amazon Connect telephony, and VPNs while supervising adherence and schedules.
Previously I led kiosk and POS hardware preparation and installations, managed firewall and IP configurations, and provided first-line managed-services support.
