I am a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, and infrastructure management. I have worked across roles providing first-level support, configuring routers and firewalls, and administering Microsoft 365 for enterprise users.

My achievements include configuring and managing OpenVPN solutions for secure remote access, monitoring system performance, and contributing to network planning for branch offices. I hold training certifications including CCNA Basic and intermediate Python coursework, and I continuously update my skills in networking and cloud fundamentals.
