I'm looking for a customer support, client relationship, or business analysis role where I can resolve complex customer needs, maintain strong service quality, and contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

At Tech Mahindra, I deliver international chat and voice support, resolving product, billing, account, service, and technical queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.

I manage multiple live chats at once and support customers in up to six languages using translation tools. My consistent CSAT performance earned appreciation emails and performance incentives.
