At Finhaat Insurance Brokers, I lead Group Credit Life Business Operations, coordinating policy issuance, insurer relationships, and payments. I’m converting partners to API-based workflows and building a centralized tracker portal for partner data.

At Aegon Life Insurance, I led a team building a PostgreSQL database that consolidated premium, claims, customer, and medical data. I directed executive dashboards on AWS QuickSight and defined business logic and data features for an underwriting model that reached 20% straight-through processing within one year.

Earlier, I built the retail health analytics function at Reliance General Insurance and led reporting migration from Excel to SQL and Power BI. My work has also included BI design for a Microsoft ERP implementation at Ampersand Group, data governance at Orange Business Services, and statistical analysis at AON Hewitt Pvt. Ltd.
