What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my HR expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR strategy, and learning initiatives to contribute to Mercor's innovative educational AI research.

I've led employee experience, culture, recruitment, and HR operations at AAPNAINFOTECH for more than five years, supporting over 130 employees. I created engagement calendars, Health Olympics, AAPNARetreats, leadership retreats, Town Halls, and culture-led employer-branding campaigns.

I manage end-to-end HR lifecycles—from hiring .NET, React, Node.js, and web development talent through onboarding, performance reviews, probation, engagement, and exits. My employee engagement surveys and Happiness Index assessments consistently maintained scores above 4.6/5, and I also led L&D calendars, Udemy learning programs, Lunch & Learns, AI Arena competitions, and Hackathons.

Earlier, I built the HR function at APT Portfolio and supported international recruitment for its London and Amsterdam offices. At TCS, I launched EDIFY, helping deploy more than 1,200 trainees across projects, and at Accenture I supported resource allocation and workforce planning; I also developed AMAN, an AI-based mental-wellness application that won first place at the AAPNAHackathon 2025.
