I'm looking to apply my operational discipline, structured data handling, stakeholder coordination, and workflow automation experience in CRM or Business Operations roles.

At BCML's Mankapur Unit, I monitor plant operations, resolve process deviations, and maintain audit-ready documentation in a regulated production environment. I've coordinated an eight-member cross-functional team to resolve six documented deviations while sustaining uptime beyond budgeted targets.

I also build practical automation systems, including a Python job-matching pipeline with scoring, deduplication, reporting, and automated delivery, plus n8n agents for weather updates and multi-agent investment reporting. I'm looking to bring structured data handling, process discipline, and automation capability to CRM and Business Operations roles.
