What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role as a Technical Customer Service Desk Agent where I can help customers with IT issues in German/English, manage tickets and calls efficiently, and start right away in a supportive team.

I’m a Technical Customer Service Desk Agent with strong customer focus and outstanding written and verbal communication. I help customers with IT problems—mainly in German—handling 30+ calls a day, responding to email tickets, and resolving backlog tickets.

I bring a service-minded, organized approach from previous roles including Company Secretary/Director, where I handled official correspondence, returns filing, and banking and salary payments. I’m also highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident navigating general IT needs.

I enjoy learning and adapting quickly, and I continuously build complementary expertise in fitness and nutrition, psychology, and hypnotherapy/psychotherapy. I’m currently seeking another role where I can start right away and deliver reliable, empathetic technical support.
