What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer support role built around email, chat, and tickets. I can work any shift pattern, including nights and weekends, from Dublin.

At Dev Centre House, I work on the customer-facing side of a software company after joining its development team. I look after hundreds of email and LinkedIn conversations, reply quickly, and record every contact, response, and next step.

When our AI lead scoring gave wrong results, I traced them to three separate causes and fixed each one. I also answer inbound calls and either handle the request or pass it to the right person.

From 2020 to 2026, I ran my own tennis coaching business and was the sole point of contact for every customer. I handled questions about prices and bookings, scheduling changes, and difficult conversations with parents.
