What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced client support and project coordinator who builds loyalty and long-term relationships by balancing customer needs with clear, practical solutions. I’m known for multitasking, effective communication, and resolving complex issues in fast-moving environments.
In my current role, I provide administrative support to a large engineering team, including updating training information, maintaining onboarding lists, tracking onboarding issues, organising documents in shared folders, and editing SharePoint content. Previously, as a client manager and project coordinator, I handled clients’ management, discussed design options with developers, prepared technical specifications, managed quotations, and ensured deadline compliance.
Earlier, I led day-to-day administrative operations, including recruitment coordination, office rental, registration in the national register, tax optimization, and being a point of contact for French-speaking customers. Before that, I worked as an interpreter/translator and also as a travel agent and teacher, which strengthened my ability to translate complex information into clear guidance and strong client experiences.
