I’m a Customer Support Executive with 2 years of experience in customer service and retail operations. I focus on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and a positive attitude.

In my roles as a Customer Sales Associate at Reliance Digital and a Sales Associate at Croma (Tata Enterprise), I assisted customers with product features and benefits, managed complaints, and guided customers to suitable solutions. I also achieved sales targets and supported store growth, while maintaining product display and store cleanliness.

I’m comfortable with billing and transactions, and I’ve handled returns/exchange processes and ensured accurate payments. I’ve also worked on inventory and stock availability, coordinating with my team to meet monthly sales targets.
