I’m a customer service and store operations professional, currently supporting a retail team at Chat Family Clothing Business. I focus on helping customers confidently—from product selection to billing and day-to-day store operations.

I provide customer support through chat and email, handling inquiries promptly and professionally. I’m comfortable managing email support, assisting with product decisions, and resolving customer questions with active listening and problem-solving.

I also support office and data tasks, including data entry and Tally operations. I work responsibly with a positive attitude, and I’m careful with communication and accuracy in every task I take on.

I bring strong fundamentals in communication, client management, and time management, along with basic MS Word and Excel skills. I’m looking to grow in customer support and store operations by delivering consistent service and reliable follow-through.
