I’m seeking a fully remote role with a fixed schedule of 4:00 AM–12:00 PM Eastern Time (9:00 AM–5:00 PM UK), handling customer calls and resolving queries.

At DMD Restaurant Ltd, I handle inbound customer calls as a Shift Manager, resolving queries, problems, and complaints and taking ownership until each issue is resolved.
