What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive learning, capacity-building, DEI, mental health, or employment programmes where I can build scalable training systems, strengthen partnerships, and improve outcomes for learners and communities.

I've designed and scaled teacher-training systems across India, including a train-the-trainer fellowship that cascaded capacity-building to 1,000+ educators, school staff, and management teams. At Ummeed Child Development Center, I built tiered inclusion and DEI training programmes, session-level quality tracking, and facilitator capability across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and pan-India online delivery.

At The Gateway School of Mumbai, I lead customized employment and transition-to-work initiatives for neurodivergent young adults, building career pathways, workplace supports, and employer partnerships. I also bring experience in SEL, mental health, caregiver engagement, curriculum design, and teaching inclusive education as Visiting Faculty at Azim Premji University.
