I’m a Learning & Development professional with 4 years of experience leading training delivery, learning program implementation, and capability-building initiatives across high-accountability environments. I thrive on turning learning needs into structured pathways, coaching cycles, and clear outcomes stakeholders can trust.

As a Lead Teacher & Instructional Coach, I co-led learning and performance development initiatives for 22 educators across 8 functional areas, using feedback mechanisms, recognition frameworks, and continuous improvement. I designed and implemented engagement and learning initiatives that increased Gallup Q12 scores by 22%, while conducting training needs assessments and building differentiated learning journeys tied to capability gaps and business priorities.

I also manage end-to-end execution for large, multi-stakeholder programs—handling planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk management, and communication for 1,500+ stakeholders. Earlier, as a Fellow at Teach For India, I improved student outcomes through targeted remediation and instruction, supported onboarding and coaching for early-career educators, and contributed to mobilisation of 550+ fellowship applicants—skills I now bring to Learning Operations and learning program management.
