At Karadi Path Education Company Pvt. Ltd., I led training operations and programme implementation across nine states and 193 schools as Zonal Manager – Training & Impact for the West and North regions.
I managed and mentored a team of 18 trainers and programme associates. Through team-led training programmes, our educator development initiatives reached 3,000 educators annually, and I personally facilitated training for approximately 500 educators each year.
I developed training frameworks, implementation processes, and quality standards, and monitored programme effectiveness through performance metrics, evaluation, and reporting.
I collaborated with senior leadership, school administrators, and programme stakeholders. Programme renewal and business retention reached 85–88% by value and 80–85% by count every year.
