At Publicis Sapient, I facilitated learning sessions and identified training gaps by engaging with employees across global locations. I translated those findings into targeted learning programmes and received a first-year impact award.
I managed training operations and designed blended learning content, including eLearning modules, for leadership development, communication skills, and employee wellbeing. I also used training feedback and engagement dashboards to recommend improvements to senior leadership.
At Community Business, I owned the design and delivery of learning and DEI programmes, led a team, and coordinated stakeholders and vendors. I authored research publications on trans inclusion and multigenerational workforces, and designed and facilitated workshops and conferences for senior leaders and HR professionals.
At U&I, I managed a COVID relief programme and designed a curriculum implemented across schools. My instructional design work draws on ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Events, and Articulate 360.
