What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead learning and career development programs where I can design scalable curricula, facilitate meaningful learner experiences, and use data to improve engagement and outcomes.

I design and deliver structured learning and career development programs at Empyrean School, supporting 800+ learners through decision-making, self-awareness, and goal-setting initiatives. I built The Career Quest curriculum, including its content, delivery frameworks, and assessment systems.

I’ve led seminars, workshops, webinars, university fairs, and career conclaves while managing partnerships with universities and industry professionals. With a psychology foundation, I use instructional design, assessments, and data-driven tracking to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
