At Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, I lead end-to-end Learning and Development initiatives and design role-based capability frameworks for branch banking, sales, and operations teams. My work includes learning journeys, training needs analysis, and digital learning adoption.
I manage LMS operations and develop dashboards to track training effectiveness, learner engagement, completion rates, and business impact. I’ve managed learning interventions for 20,000+ employees across 1,100+ branches and rolled out 45+ e-learning modules and certification programs.
Earlier, as Co-Curricular Head at Sunbeam School, Lahartara, I managed co-curricular programs and social media content, supported recruitment and policy drafting, and conducted mental health workshops and counselling sessions.
