I’m a Cloud Support Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience resolving production issues in Azure enterprise environments. I focus on API Management and OAuth/JWT authentication failures, bringing structured incident triage, root-cause analysis, and reliable resolutions.
I’m Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certified, and I actively debug complex cloud infrastructure problems while collaborating with engineering teams. I’ve supported enterprise customers by guiding Azure reliability, security, and automation best practices to reduce recurring support escalations.
In my day-to-day work, I own incident triage and escalation management, using runbook documentation and SLA-focused execution. I also troubleshoot using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript, and I coordinate cross-functionally to drive critical production incidents to closure.
Before focusing on cloud support, I built responsive, high-traffic frontend experiences as a Frontend Developer and worked as a Software Engineering Intern supporting internal tooling.
