I’m a pragmatic, versatile, and focused Cloud/Dev Engineer with training delivery experience, helping teams deploy and run modern cloud solutions that drive business success. I provide customer-facing support for critical cloud computing and technical problems across cloud, DevOps, site reliability, and virtualization.

With over a year’s experience as a Microsoft Azure Technical Support Engineer, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle: managing production applications, supporting deployments and upgrades, and handling complex troubleshooting through strong root cause analysis. I also support secure operations by identifying gaps and remediation actions for client application security.

As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, I supported design, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and integration of enterprise systems on private or public clouds while ensuring established SLAs. I gathered and validated network requirements, including virtual networks and network security groups, and created documentation for best practices in infrastructure and virtualization.

In my latest roles, I’ve moved into technical leadership and subject matter expertise—leading teams of Azure support engineers, acting as the point of contact for critical and complex customer issues, and improving efficiency with technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
