I’m an operations professional with 4.5+ years of experience in client operations, assessment management, and data-driven reporting across edtech and marketplace domains. I’m at my best owning day-to-day execution, improving how teams work, and using data to drive decisions and outcomes.

At Open Door Education, I manage multiple client school accounts post onboarding and serve as the primary SPOC for school coordinators—ensuring smooth execution, effective communication, and timely issue resolution within SLAs. I lead the end-to-end assessment lifecycle management (scheduling, planning, execution, and remediation support) while coordinating with cross-functional teams across Content, Tech, Printing, Logistics, and Quality.

I’ve delivered measurable impact: I’ve managed 24+ client schools with a 95% client retention rate, reduced escalations through proactive issue resolution and analysis, and delivered benchmarking analysis for 150+ schools to enable performance insights and better decision-making. I also strengthened reporting systems and improved operational efficiency—leading to promotion within one year.

I further bring hands-on analytics and process automation skills. I automated report generation for 3,000+ students using Google Sheets and Canva, and I’m continuously building my toolkit with ongoing Power BI learning.
