I've also managed dealer client accounts, resolved escalations through structured investigation, and coordinated teams across audit, operations, client, and leadership functions. Earlier roles at Amazon, TTEC, and Fluidi5 Technologies strengthened my experience in data accuracy, KPI and SLA delivery, CRM management, customer support, and remote operations.
