At Amazon, I designed and led AI Velocity, an adoption program that took grassroots ideas into production across Accounts Payable. It engaged 98% of its pilot group and delivered 17 automations, eliminating more than 40,000 hours of annual manual effort.
I also took Project Athena from problem discovery to production: manual audits covered only 2–3% of calls, so I developed an AI-powered audit product that expanded coverage to 100% and saves more than 10,000 hours a year. I drove its security review and RED certification as part of the production release.
Before Amazon, I managed aerospace and infrastructure programs at TATA Advanced Systems Limited and Larsen & Toubro, and worked on planning and project management at KL iTech Solutions. My work has included program delivery, business planning, process improvement, and tools such as TILOS, Power BI, and Tableau.
