I am an Engineering Program & Delivery Leader with more than 18 years of experience in commercial aerospace engineering, spanning structural analysis, engineering programme management, customer delivery and engineering transformation.

Throughout my career, I have progressed from a hands-on CAE engineer to leading engineering programmes, managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing engineering quality and driving operational excellence for global aerospace customers, including Pratt & Whitney.

My experience includes managing multiple commercial aero-engine programmes valued at approximately US$1M annually, engineering Statements of Work up to US$400K and leading engineering teams of up to 20 members. I have successfully combined technical depth with programme leadership, customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Most recently, I independently designed, developed and deployed an AI-powered Engineering Knowledge Assistant using Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve engineering knowledge accessibility, reduce dependency on subject matter experts and contribute approximately US$150K in annual operational savings while maintaining strong AI governance.

I enjoy solving complex engineering and delivery challenges, building high-performing engineering teams and helping organisations improve engineering productivity through process excellence, digital engineering and practical AI adoption.
