I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end programs and PMO execution, drive technology and change transformation, and build learning/continuous-improvement capabilities that improve efficiency, quality, and measurable business outcomes.

I’m a SAFe POPM certified, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt–certified Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience leading programs, people, and process improvements. I’m known for driving higher efficiency and quality through program execution, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder alignment.

At Amazon Development Centre, I’ve built and scaled global capabilities like an integrated PMO Project Monitoring Dashboard and standardized onboarding to reduce ramp-up variability. I also led learning and engagement initiatives—such as Global Learning Week and a Weekly Learning Series—and designed change programs that enabled delivery of multiple changes while keeping escalation levels low.
