What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue L2 production/application support: 24x7 monitoring, incident handling with RCA, SLA-focused troubleshooting, and safe change management. I want to use Oracle/Unix, job schedulers, and Splunk/Kibana to improve stability and reduce downtime.

I’m an L2 Support Engineer with about 4.6 years of experience in IT & Maintenance, focused on keeping 24x7 production systems running reliably. I support daily operations by monitoring jobs and applications, troubleshooting incidents quickly, and ensuring services stay within SLA targets.

I bring strong Oracle skills alongside UNIX/Linux and Windows production support. I monitor ITRS, use Grafana and other tools to spot process/application errors early, and write complex SQL/PLSQL queries aligned to business rules. I also manage batch job monitoring and scheduling with Autosys, Control-M, and Cron, including analysis and optimization through enhanced automation.

My responsibilities also cover change and reliability practices such as risk assessment, impact analysis, and urgency prioritization to minimize disruption. I perform incident management with root cause analysis, coordinate with development and QA teams for resolution, and maintain knowledge base documentation (SOPs/Runbooks) to reduce repeat issues. I plan and execute DR/Business Continuity testing on quarterly and yearly cycles.

I’ve worked on production support for enterprise payment workflows and global transaction monitoring, including batch job failures and feed delay investigations. I also support data ingestion into Splunk and Kibana for correct configuration and troubleshooting, plus handle production migrations, deployments, release management, and scheduled server maintenance.
