I’m looking for a 24/7 production support role where I can own L2 incident/problem workflows, drive RCA and alert tuning, and improve uptime and MTTR using ITIL, monitoring, and automation.

I’m an L2 Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience managing critical banking and enterprise applications in a 24/7 environment. At Mphasis Ltd., I’ve handled 50+ tickets/week while supporting 99.9% uptime for production systems.

I monitor production systems using Splunk & Grafana and manage alert tuning to reduce false positives and improve monitoring efficiency. I resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA, reducing MTTR by ~30%, and I automate repetitive monitoring and log analysis tasks with basic Shell scripting—cutting manual effort by 20%.

I perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes to reduce repeat issues. I also support release deployments and post-release validation, while working through ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management and keeping SLA/KPI targets on track.

I collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for faster resolution and manage escalation handling for critical incidents. I’m comfortable across operational workflows like batch job scheduling (Control-M, Autosys, UC4), file transfers/transaction processing, and ticket triage using ServiceNow, JIRA, and BMC Remedy.
